PROJECT OVERVIEW The Beach Apartments is a luxury residential ocean-view development, consisting of 219 apartments over 35 levels. The development is designed to provide its residents with the vacation feeling whilst at home, with a podium level terrace that includes fitness facilities, a pool and boutique communal facilities set to a nautical beachside resort theme. SJM was engaged to complete all design and construct hydraulic services by hydraulic subcontractor Christopher Contracting.
