Coles supermarkets are food retailers that require design considerations for high-quality food handling standards. These projects were undertaken under a variety of different contract types, from refurbishments of existing structures to new shopping centre designs. Designs included trade waste and amenities considerations.
SJM was engaged to complete fully documented design & construct hydraulic services designs by the head contractor Hutchinson Builders.
