PROJECT OVERVIEW
Buranda student precinct is a redevelopment of the transit-oriented development, consisting of 2 towers to incorporate mixed-use and student accommodation across 25 levels and 14 levels each. The development will have 1611 student rooms. Towers will include communal facilities and dormitory-style dwellings, with nature features throughout the levels and retail spaces on the lower floors. SJM was engaged to complete all design and construct hydraulic services for Stages 1 and 2 of the Buranda TOD student accommodation development by hydraulic subcontractor Obsidian Plumbing.
