“Isle” is a new build to own multi-unit residential development comprising of 133 apartments spread across 27-storeys sharing basements and ground level podium. The development includes three levels of basement carparking, four retail tenancies on level 1 (ground), an extensive landscaping and open green space on level 1 (ground) a level 27 pool and amenities space along with extensive landscaping on levels 2 and 15. The entire building parameter is also populated with bespoke edge planter and landscaping greenery.
SJM was engaged to complete all hydraulic and fire services design to LOD 300.
