PROJECT OVERVIEW
The plasterboard factory in Bundaberg is a new development and business extension of Knauf Australia’s existing factories. This factory consists of manufacturing spaces across 2 levels, with an additional building on-site to house logistical facilities offices. Hydraulic designs required consideration of industrial waste containment to prevent industrial particulates entering waterways or the sewer system.
SJM was engaged to complete all hydraulic services designs for the communal breakout facilities, amenities and industrial manufacturing spaces by the head contractor, Hutchinson Builders.
