PROJECT OVERVIEW
Olympia on Russell is a multi-faceted development, consisting of the newly developed 8-storey residential tower and 4-storey commercial building as well as the refurbishment of the historical Goya building. The commercial building is a modern architectural representation, providing open-plan office spaces with amenities and provisions for expansion.
SJM was engaged to complete the design and construct documentation for all hydraulic services by the subcontractor Tacoma Plumbing & Drainage.
