PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Hear and Say (Brisbane) Centre is a not-for-profit educational and training centre for persons with hearing impairments of school-age, winning a Commendation award at the 2016 Brisbane Regional Architecture Awards.
The facility incorporates hands-on teaching and learning spaces with specialised auditory-verbal in-built technology, as well as communal breakout spaces. This project involved hydraulic designs for all communal water reticulation facilities, amenities and kitchenettes.
SJM was engaged to complete all hydraulic services designs by the project manager and builder Matrix.
