PROJECT OVERVIEW
Montrose Access developed “Our Getaway”, a respite and accessible accommodation vacation facility for persons with disabilities and families requiring assisted respite. This project required that all water reticulation, amenities and communal facilities were to a very high standard, in keeping with health facility requirements.
SJM was engaged to complete all hydraulic services designs by the head contractor, Hutchinson Builders.
